Mosaic Neon ThINK Yellow neon liquid pigment on an alcohol base 10 ml.

ThINK is a liquid pigment on an alcohol base which dries on air.

It penetrates the base coat very fast leaving the beautiful abstract colour “cloudy” shapes on the surface.

It can be used on any artificial surface.

Comfortable liner brush is fitted to the cap for more precise and accurate drawing.

We like to use themover x3 Tru white gel paint.

Must be overlaid with top gel.

Ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Alcohol.
